Ordering

What size should I order?

Our leggings and shorts are true to size. We recommend mid-rise for shorter torsos. Sports bras run slightly small, so we suggest sizing up for more coverage. Each product page has its own size guide with detailed measurements.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kayaactivewear.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days within the Netherlands and EU. International shipping times vary by destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Netherlands: €6.95
EU: €12.95

Free shipping on Netherlands orders over €100.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping cost and delivery times vary by destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from DHL or PostNL.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

How do I make my return label?

We do not include a prepaid label, so you create your own with a carrier:

  1. Log your return on our Log a Return page. We will reply with the return address.
  2. Go to PostNL or DHL and choose their send-a-parcel or return service to that address.
  3. Pay for the label. The carrier emails you a barcode or QR code.
  4. Drop your parcel at a PostNL or DHL point using that barcode, and keep your receipt.
  5. Once we receive and check your item, we refund you within 5–7 business days.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@kayaactivewear.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

What about sale items?

Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Deep discount and clearance items are final sale.

Product & Care

What materials do you use?

All KAYA. pieces are made from a premium polyester and spandex blend, giving you a soft, velvety feel with moderate compression and 4-way stretch.

How do I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron over prints. Do not bleach. Following these steps will keep your pieces looking and feeling their best.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Yes, we use recycled plastics for our packaging materials.
