All orders ship from the Netherlands. Here is what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping options and delivery times

Shipping costs and available options are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
• Rest of EU: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 14 business days, where available

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order to your door.

Customs and duties

Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
