Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original condition
- Underwear and intimate items are final sale for hygiene reasons
How to return
- Log your return on our Log a Return page. We will reply with the return address.
- Create your own return label at PostNL or DHL and pay for it. The carrier sends you a barcode or QR code.
- Drop your parcel at a PostNL or DHL point and keep your receipt.
- Once we receive and check your item, we refund you within 5–7 business days.

Need a different size? Place a new order for the size you want and return the original within 14 days.
